May is a wonderful month. After
a fairly mild winter we are having
some good weather before the hot and muggy summer starts. The
economy is gradually picking up. As the summer nears, and
lightning
season along with it, be especially vigilant when working around drill
rigs or pump hoists during a storm. It is best to cease
operations, if possible, until the storm passes.
NCFWWA member Willy McCullen,
sales rep for F & W, got his
picture and comments in the company newsletter, Prime Times, in
the
Sound-Off column.
Member Bob Monteath ( Hughes
Supply ) won the $140.00
jackpot at our April meeting, but he was not present to get his
money.
This is the 2nd time this year that Bob
has won the jackpot.
Jackpot for May will be $150.00.
